Full Conference & Workshop registration fees include welcome reception for program participants and spouses/guests, morning coffee prior to lecture start, lunch, as well as morning and afternoon coffee breaks. All fees are in US dollars.
The Conference also offers Day Passes, a great option for local attendees interested in a specific session. During your registration process, you will be asked to specify which day you’d like to register for.

Payment of registration fees can be made online with a credit card, PayPal or by bank transfer. Upon receipt of your full payment, you will receive an email with a registration confirmation for the Conference. Payment via American Express will be charged to your account in US$ according to the exchange rate on the date of payment.
Offline registration can be made via fax. Please complete the registration form and send by fax to the administrative offices at +1 212-988-0250.
All cancellations must be emailed to the FRM at info@FoundationForReprodMed.com, with the original confirmation number. Refund of registration fees will be as follows:
- Cancellations received by September 30, 2017 - 100% refund (minus $50 handling fee and bank charges)
- Cancellations received between September 30, 2017 and October 31, 2017 - 50% refund
- No refund on cancellations sent after November 1, 2017
Hotel Reservations at Discounted Rates
We strongly recommend early registration and early hotel room reservation. We have reserved a limited number of rooms at the Grand Hyatt for the Conference attendees, but will likely run out of these, as well as rooms at regular rates, considering the timing of this Conference in New York City during the very popular pre-Holiday Season.
The Congress Secretariat and Organizers cannot accept liability for personal accidents, and/or loss of and/or damage to private property of participants, either during or directly arising from the FRM Conference 2017. Participants should arrange their own health and travel insurance for their trip.
